The patch https://lkml.kernel.org/lkml/20201003160713.GA1512229@kroah.com/T/ might have been applied to the 5.9 series but not to 5.10.1 according to the code git://git.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-kernel-test/ubuntu/+source/linux/+git/mainline-crack cod/mainline/v5.10.1.
