Overclocked Radeon HD 5850 BIOS

Same problem here. The only difference is in vendor of videocard and
frequencies(I have HIS Radeon HD 5850 with 850/1200, BIOS attached). System
uses only limited 400/900(399990 kHz/900000 kHz to be correct).

kernel: 3.3.6
xf86-video-ati: 6.14.4
