Card is AMD Radeon HD 7950. The graphical glitches with the X11/XRender backend
seems to be a known issue (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64297)
so I modified the bug to track just the issues with the Raster backend.

Actually the KDE overall desktop experience is so bad that I had to switch back
to the integrated Ivy Bridge graphic :(
