Note that Takashi was talking about the commit in comment #16, note the one you reverted previously. Can you verify you reverted the correct patch? Note that Takashi was talking about the commit in comment #16, note the one you
reverted previously. Can you verify you reverted the correct patch?

If my patch fixed your issue, it would be unexpected that reverting would not
work as well.
