New crash of DRM that led to kernel panic on 3.16-rc2.

Added new file, I'm failing to find the kernel panic output with 3.16-rc2. It
mentioned something wasn't syncing correctly so it shut everything down. It was
a DRM bug from the read out. This is the log right up to before that happened,
and the time stamp for page flipping failing is the same as the output from the
panic so let me try to find it.
