Hi,
Initial testing seems good for vbr bitrates, but I am afraid the patches
regress cbr so the out of order frames near I frames issue is back.
It's still possible to get cbr and vbr bitrates to vary with different gop
sizes, but it's only really noticeable at really high bitrates. At normal r=
ates
it's still there but the difference is small.
