            Bug ID: 98405
Summary: No signal on HDMI output after upgrade to kernel
                    4.8.3-1
           Product: DRI
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: DRM/other
          Assignee: dri-devel@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: petr.m@seznam.cz

Signal on HDMI output disappear during boot on my computer(mb ASUS AT3IONT-I,
Opensuse Tumbleweed minimal server) after upgrade kernel to 4.8.3-1-default
(64bit).
I can see message "loading initial ramdisk ..." after then blinking cursor in
the corner for a few seconds and after that the screen goes to black and
monitor gives me message "no signal".

I blacklisted nouveau kernel module for getting video signal.
It's enough for me.
