I've tested the patch on a NUC7, results are the same as with qemu:
- increased boot time
- timeout for rng-tools.service
[ TIME ] Timed out waiting for device /dev/hwrng.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Hard…e RNG Entropy Gatherer Daemon.
