I tried the exactly equivalent pipeline on quad SabreSD and don't see 
any issue. But from your

ERROR: from element /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstV4l2Src:v4l2src0: Failed to allocate required memory.


it may be that you're platform was not able to allocate the buffer pools.
