No Andre is right, cbaser = 0 but ITS_CMD_BUFFER_SIZE(its->cbaser)
returns 4kB.

#define ITS_CMD_BUFFER_SIZE(baser)      ((((baser) & 0xff) + 1) << 12)

So the check doesn't fail.
