Nit: commit description says about reusing irq_data_update_affinity() 
only, but here we also reuse irq_data_update_effective_affinity(), so I 
would mention that in the description.

Nit: commit description says about reusing irq_data_update_affinity() 
only, but here we also reuse irq_data_update_effective_affinity(), so I
