Summary: Realtek ALC650 output problem
Description:
I have got a realtek ALC650 AC97 soundcard on my motherboard Abit BE7.
The problem is that I have got 5.1 speakers, and for have my subwoofer and
central speaker work, I need to put them on the "line in" connector
instead of the black connector (the black connector doesn't work).
I haven't got this problem with Windows.

I use the intel8x0 driver.

Hmm, then this sounds like a long-standing bug of ALC650 support code.
Interestingly, this seems to get fixed on some ALC650 revisions, but you
seem to have no luck yet.
What I don't understand is "black jack" in your description. How many
jacks does the device have and how are they supposed to work?
BTW, with ALSA 1.0.9, there is no longer "Line-In As Surround" and "Mic As
Center/LFE" switches. If you still see these switches in alsamixer, it
means that you're using an older verison.
These controls are merged to "Channel Mode" enum control and "Surround
Jack Mode" on 1.0.9. For 6-channel output, choose "6ch" in the former
control. Usually it's chosen automatically when you use "surround51" PCM
output.
The latter determines whether to use shared jacks or independet jacks. If
you have independent surround output jacks, choose "Independent" there.
