I confirm warnings are gone when `LD_LIBRARY_PATH` is provided, but why 
current version doesn't require `LD_LIBRARY_PATH`?

Also can it be possible to parse 'DT_NEEDED' for applications, but 
ignore it for dynamic libraries?
