Please make the names longer: PCI_IOMMU_NOTIFY_DEVICE_ADDED and
PCI_IOMMU_NOTIFY_DEVICE_REMOVED.  (This is independent of my other
remark, about doing this in generic PCI code for all devices that
register SVA ops).
