The Kconfig part is missing - is this intended? If I guess correctly,
the driver won't work without GPIOLIB, so it should either
'select GPIOLIB' or 'depends on GPIOLIB || COMPILE_TEST' or even
'select GPIOLIB if !COMPILE_TEST'.
