Subject: [alsa-devel] Applied "ASoC: soc-core: add snd_soc_close_delayed_work()" to the asoc tree
Date: Fri, 10 Jan 2020 13:37:42 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <applied-8736cot4v2.wl-kuninori.morimoto.gx@renesas.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <8736cot4v2.wl-kuninori.morimoto.gx@renesas.com>

The patch

   ASoC: soc-core: add snd_soc_close_delayed_work()

has been applied to the asoc tree at

   https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/sound.git for-5.6

All being well this means that it will be integrated into the linux-next
tree (usually sometime in the next 24 hours) and sent to Linus during
the next merge window (or sooner if it is a bug fix), however if
problems are discovered then the patch may be dropped or reverted.

You may get further e-mails resulting from automated or manual testing
and review of the tree, please engage with people reporting problems and
send followup patches addressing any issues that are reported if needed.

If any updates are required or you are submitting further changes they
should be sent as incremental updates against current git, existing
patches will not be replaced.

Please add any relevant lists and maintainers to the CCs when replying
to this mail.

Thanks,
Mark

Subject: [PATCH] ASoC: soc-core: add snd_soc_close_delayed_work()

We need to setup rtd->close_delayed_work_func.
It will be set at snd_soc_dai_compress_new() or soc_new_pcm().
But these setups close_delayed_work() which is same name /
same implemantaion, but different local code.
To reduce duplicate code, this patch moves it as
snd_soc_close_delayed_work() and share same code.
