Hi,

We'd like to ask for inclusion of the board file for the 96boards
DragonBoard 820c. It is a development board is based on the Qualcomm®
Snapdragon 820E embedded platform (APQ8096).
Following the questions from the ath10k wiki page:

* description for what hardware this is
  - It is an APQ8096 based board.
  - It uses qca6174 chip as a WiFi and BT radio

* origin of the board file
  - It comes from the BSP package distributed by Linaro
(http://releases.linaro.org/96boards/dragonboard820c/qualcomm/firmware/linux-board-support-package-r01700.1.zip)

* ids to be used with the board file
bus=pci,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=1

* md5sum of each new board file to add

$ md5sum *
1189e99afcae7b57bf5bd369e9ad1386  bus=pci,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=1.bin
$ sha256sum *
