[PATCH] fetch2: Clarify different localpaths functions

[PATCH] fetch2: Clarify different localpaths functions

[Richard Purdie]

To avoid confusion, rename the local fetcher localpaths function to
something more specific so it doesn't appear similar to the localpaths
top level function.
