Yes that's not a problem. /domains is not actually used anywhere where compatibility is important, so we could easily replace /domains with /option. docs/misc/arm/device-tree/booting.txt is the one we maintain for backward compatibility in the hypervisor and it still uses /chosen. We still accept "xen,multiboot-module" which was the original compatible string before we made the dubious improvement of changing it to "multiboot,module". In fact now that I look at it, Alex didn't specify that all modules should also have "multiboot,module" (or "xen,multiboot-module" in the legacy terminology") as compatible string in addition to "multiboot,kernel" although the example has it.
