tested and validated the following tests with ixgbe & i40e devices with 
OVS DPDK.

OVS testing against head OVS 2.12 and 2.11 with VSPERF

Tested NICs i40e (X710) & ixgbe (82599ES)

Hotplug
Multiqueue
Vhostuserclient reconnect
Vhost cross-NUMA awareness
Jumbo frames
Rate limiting
QoS policer
