I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary. This is now fixed as far as linux-next is concerned, but any non trivial conflicts should be mentioned to your upstream maintainer when your tree is submitted for merging. You may also want to consider cooperating with the maintainer of the conflicting tree to minimise any particularly complex conflicts. --=20 Cheers, Stephen Rothwell diff --cc drivers/gpu/drm/msm/msm_iommu.c index 6c31e65834c6,697cc0a059d6..000000000000 --- a/drivers/gpu/drm/msm/msm_iommu.c +++ b/drivers/gpu/drm/msm/msm_iommu.c @@@ -36,7 -231,11 +231,11 @@@ static int msm_iommu_map(struct msm_mm struct msm_iommu *iommu =3D to_msm_iommu(mmu); size_t ret; =20 + /* The arm-smmu driver expects the addresses to be sign extended */ + if (iova & BIT_ULL(48)) + iova |=3D GENMASK_ULL(63, 49); +=20 - ret =3D iommu_map_sg(iommu->domain, iova, sgt->sgl, sgt->nents, prot); + ret =3D iommu_map_sgtable(iommu->domain, iova, sgt, prot); WARN_ON(!ret); =20 return (ret =3D=3D len) ? 0 : -EINVAL; --Sig_/Igh5oluZFKriELs0FAq0rYY Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQEzBAEBCAAdFiEENIC96giZ81tWdLgKAVBC80lX0GwFAl9oGQ0ACgkQAVBC80lX 0GxDAAf+LHM2OQXy++1uJ+8KRuiGLN8eFeGbfydmDXRkdQHX47+PaGLzNOOO4C0H upei42MyMMHJMedzG3vdGAtvVW3D6zGxyJQ59HZTRAojp2SUZRDoP59sGwvueLR/ fWrUDCbdFy9rXD7GijzNuPWGL3Bf/hs2n9BfjDKZ6xqDNQ2krCQ9dSihc2NUvb+6 gBwvPmu2oAyMV1ved1um12sOyMgj+hTFbHfl7hsKwDouJq2DBqX3UMF+0C/aYCUn pqDHVeC0k+i7WzOWMW96whu7AQ1lpN2yAI1zXadSlNQ+hh8l4eDM7HPcTdSgu5/M X55iO+zZ+jI8oxSb86LmZXaOAvYdMA== =oHn/ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Sig_/Igh5oluZFKriELs0FAq0rYY-- --===============1912923266== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ dri-devel mailing list dri-devel@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/dri-devel --===============1912923266==--
