I broke up the changes from one patch to many so each patch has more
defined changes. I also added a few other patches for formatting issues
I missed in the original patch.

Fix CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines in qlge.h, qlge_dbg.c,
qlge_ethtool.c, qlge_main.c, and qlge_mpi.c

Fix CHECK: Alignment should match open parenthesis in qlge_dbg.c,
qlge_ethtool.c, qlge_main.c, and qlge_mpi.c. Also made changes to
the following lines:

Fix WARNING: else is not generally useful after a break or return in,

Moved everything out of the else block wothout changing any logic

I have an unpublished Smatch check which says that we aren't in atomic
context, but still this has spin_lock() in the name so you're right, it
shouldn't sleep.

You can't sleep from certain IRQs or when you are holding certain locks
(spin_locks and rwlocks).  The we have preempt_disable() then you can't
sleep.

The truth is that I don't care at all about tiny typos like this, but
in the future then the right way to fix these is to create a separate
patch for this, and the use git rebase to fold it back into this patch.
It's a pretty straight forward process.

You are adding trailing whitespace on every one of your newlines you are
adding :(

I suggest using an editor that shows this up as a bright red mark, it
makes it more obvious you are doing something wrong.

Also try running checkpatch.pl on the patches you are writing to make
sure you do not add more errors/warnings when you are trying to fix them
up.
