Subject: [PATCH v2 15/26] smsc_ece1099.txt: standardize document format
Date: Sat, 17 Jun 2017 12:26:55 -0300	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <e210af4ff90a5bef870b8ac915725b5408ea94b6.1497713221.git.mchehab@s-opensource.com> (raw)

Each text file under Documentation follows a different
format. Some doesn't even have titles!

Change its representation to follow the adopted standard,
using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx:

- Add a title for the document.
