2 lines please

		pr_debug("APIC: etc...",
			 max, thiscpu, ...);

And this would probably be better as

		printk(KERN_DEBUG "APIC: etc...",
		 ...)

to avoid the need to compile with DEBUG or enable
with CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG
