Not quite lfence semantics, but they do break speculation.
Spoiler for tomorrow's industry meeting - I'm going to ask for
folks to send us all the "promises" that we've made about architecture
through random e-mails and conversations on Keybase. Goal is to
get the SDM updated with this information so we don't have to rely
on people's recollection of these informal disclosures.
