I attempted to build KVM selftests on a specified dir, unfortunately
neither "make O=~/mydir TARGETS=kvm" in tools/testing/selftests, nor
"make OUTPUT=~/mydir" in tools/testing/selftests/kvm work.
This series aims to make both work.
