Unfortunately, Commit b166a20b0738 ("net/sctp: fix race condition in
sctp_destroy_sock")
introduced this, and had to be reverted. I'm thinking to fix it by
delaying the auto_asconf
until doing bind, which makes more sense, as auto_asconf requires an
ANY addr bind:
