looks obviously wrong? Say, POLL_IN is obviously > NSIGPOLL == 6.
Probably you meant
BUG_ON((reason < POLL_IN) || (reason - POLL_IN > NSIGPOLL)
?
but this contradicts with the next line:

> si.si_band = ~0L;
