It means your host bridge doesn't have a stream ID. Depending on how the 
root complex is wired up to the SMMU that may or may not be technically 
accurate, but either way if your host bridge ever starts doing DMA for 
itself then you should probably be more concerned with tracking down PCI 
SIG's exorcism spec.
