I like this idea but...
 regulator-over-current-protection:                                             
    description: Enable over current protection.                                 
    type: boolean

is an existing property so it kind of makes sense to me to name the
limit setting in a similar way. But I will change it as you suggested
as I don't think this is a big thing.
