We should add these in dsi.xml (either in
mesa.git/src/freedreno/registers/dsi/dsi.xml or in
envytools.git/registers/dsi/dsi.xml) and regenerate dsi.xml.h

And if possible, it would be nice to define the bitfields instead of
just open-coding the register values
