I'd like to attend this discussion. I've worked on the LIO XCOPY
implementation in drivers/target/target_core_xcopy.c and added Samba's
FSCTL_SRV_COPYCHUNK/FSCTL_DUPLICATE_EXTENTS_TO_FILE support.
