OK it need some time (up to approx 150 runs of btrfs/125) to resproduce 
this failure but I can re-create it.

I've seen it once without the patchset applied as well though (a.k.a 
HEAD == 480be04e7fdcddfed86fd59bb668a134b6d7393e).

I have to verify that though not that I'm seeing ghosts.
