Fixes the following warnings:
arch/arm/boot/dts/aspeed-bmc-opp-vesnin.dt.yaml: /: memory: False schema does not allow {'reg': [[1073741824, 536870912]]}
arch/arm/boot/dts/aspeed-bmc-opp-vesnin.dt.yaml: memory: 'device_type' is a required property
