I have already commented about this in my previous reviews, This is not 
really going to work on other platforms that do not have HDMI configs 
enabled.
You will get "undefined reference" compile error when build for apq8016 
or other platforms.

Move these to lpass-cpu.c as that is the only user for these two!

Also try to address comments before sending new versions, I see no point 
in repeating same comments over multiple versions!
