* [PATCH] doc: remove stray HTML entity in '<slash>'

An excerpt from POSIX contains three occurrences of '<slash>' but
the first two are spelled starting with an HTML entity: '&lt;slash>'

Fix this by replacing the stray HTML entity by a '<'.
