Changelog:

- v1: use i8k_get_temp() to probe temperature sensors
- v2: fix wrong index ranges in i8k_is_visible() if conditions
- v3: use i8k_get_temp_type() to probe temperature sensors as
i8k_get_temp() is not reliable (for example it won't
work when sensors are turned off)
- v4: rm wrong exec bit in dell-smm-hwmon.c and rebase
      from linux-next tree

There's a typo in the last patch I sent, it says v5 but in fact is v4.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

Cheers,
Michele.

No worries. I'll apply the patch after the commit window has closed.
