Remove NPCM7xx rst node for preparing the NPCM ADC
document to describe ADC reset binding.

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git and pushed out as testing
for the autobuilders to play with it. Hopefully just in time
for this cycle as I'll do a final pull request in a day or two.
