The patch titled
     Subject: mm-madvise-introduce-process_madvise-syscall-an-external-memory-hinting-api-fix-2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-madvise-introduce-process_madvise-syscall-an-external-memory-hinting-api-fix-2.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete
