* [PATCH] man7/*: srcfix, fix warnings from "mandoc -Tlint"

  Remove superfluous paragraph macros.

  Remove superfluous request ".sp" after a heading macro (.SH).

  Change one .IP macro to an equvalent ".sp \n(PDu" in "pipe.7".

  The output from "nroff" and "groff" is unchanged.
