Yeah, those are acceptable. The defines check for checkpatch don't consider
them to be used inside a struct.

Yeah, I would expect it to support PAL/N' ;-)

AFAIKT, PAL/CN, PAL/NC and PAL/N' are just different names for the same
standard, which is the analog TV standard used in Argentina.
