I think you need to run bootstrap.sh and configure again. It should look
something like this:

v4l2-compliance 1.21.0-4682, 64 bits, 64-bit time_t
v4l2-compliance SHA: 11da65eee7a2 2020-11-14 12:41:14

Anyway, that doesn't matter for the remainder of the output.
