This is weird: tegra_channel_buffer_prepare doesn't access any of the
actual buffer memory, it just reads data from structs like vb2_buffer, etc.

This indicates a memory overwrite or something similar. Enabling KASAN
in the kernel and poisoning freed memory caused the following (100% reproducible)
crash with 'v4l2-ctl --stream-mmap':

Note: I had to disable the nouveau driver since that also has a KASAN bug in
v5.6-rc1.

This happens with the driver as-posted, so with a 3 buffer minimum.
