I am forced to set ioport_resource stuff at the beginning of the probe
function to avoid this collision error:

Taking into account that we expect pci core code to properly parse and
get the ranges and so on, if we are forced to do something like this
(or reading manually ranges for device tree) in driver code looks
redundant for me...
