Subject: mm/huge_memory.c: split_huge_pages_fops should be defined with DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE
split_huge_pages_fops is used for debugfs file. hence, it is more clear to
use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE.
