BTW, I have verified this patch (https://lists.01.org/hyperkitty/list/linux-nvdimm@lists.01.org/thread/2JDBSE2WK75LSGCFEOY3RXRN3CNLBPB2/) on local box with the following tests:
1. mount fsdax pmem device
2. Run lvm2-testsuite
