I think you can restructure this and use pci_host_common_probe(). You'd
need to be able to do all the h/w init after pci_ecam_create() call. I
think that looks like it would work in this case. If so, then define a
struct pci_ecam_ops with an .init() function to do all the h/w setup
and make the ops the match data.
