[PATCH v2] dt-bindings: pwm: brcm,kona-pwm: convert to YAML

Convert Broadcom Kona family PWM controller bindings to DT schema.

Change during conversion:
  - add used, but previously undocumented brcm,bcm11351-pwm compatible
