Changelog:
v1:
 * v0 revealed old bug https://lore.kernel.org/linux-rdma/20200716102059.1420681-1-leon@kernel.org
  that took a while to find.
 * create_cq() was rewritten to make sure that uobj is properly initialized.
v0: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/20200708110554.1270613-1-leon@kernel.org

----------------------------------------------------
Hi,

The discussion about RWQ table patch revealed incosistency with use of
usecnt, complex unwind flows without any reason and difference between
write() and ioctl() paths.

This series extends infrastructure to be consistent, reliable and
predicable in regards of commit/desotry uobject.

Thanks

Create same logic flow for write() interface as we have for ioctl()
path by making sure that object is committed or aborted automatically
after HW object creation.

From: Leon Romanovsky <leonro@mellanox.com>

The automatic object lifetime model allows us to change write() interface
to have same logic as ioctl() path. Update the create/alloc functions to be
in the following format, so code flow will be the same:
 * Allocate objects
 * Initialize them
 * Call to the drivers, this is last step that is allowed to fail
 * Finalize object
 * Return response and allow to core code to handle abort/commit
   respectively.
