Hi all,

I find that there is a risk when building kernel as PIE. The problem
is that hart_lottery will be put in .bss section rather than .sdata
section, so the value of hart_lottery will be cleared by main hart. I
post a patch to mark hart_lottery as sdata section by using gcc
attribution.

Please refer to https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/11364457/.

Feel free to give any feedbacks and comments. Thanks.
